Vendor needs to provide strategic communications agency services for the promotion and marketing of the permanent rural products exhibition. 1. Inception and strategy development: Develop a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy and campaign plan covering: a) pre-launch; b) launch; and c) post-launch phases, including objectives, key messages, target segments, channel mix, content pillars, media plan, community management approach, and crisis communications considerations. 2. Creative development and content production: Develop creative concepts and key visuals for the campaign, in Arabic and English, ensuring cultural relevance, inclusivity and accessibility (including appropriate representation of women, persons with disabilities, and diverse communities). Produce and coordinate production of high-quality content assets for digital and traditional channels, such as: short promotional videos (reels), photo stories, product features, testimonials, motion graphics, radio spots, print/outdoor ads, and editorial features. 3. Digital marketing and social media management: Create and manage the exhibition’s digital presence as agreed with agency (e.g., landing page/microsite, social media accounts), including content calendars and community management. Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (search, social, display) within agreed budgets, including targeting, A/B testing, optimisation and reporting. Implement search engine optimisation (SEO) basics for discoverability and ensure consistent naming, tagging and geo-location across platforms. 4. Media relations and partnerships: Develop a media relations plan and maintain an updated media list; draft and pitch stories to secure earned media coverage (Arabic and English). Coordinate press events, interviews and media visits to the exhibition, including media kits and on-site logistics. 5. Events and experiential promotion: Design and implement launch event communications support (run-of-show support, branding, invitations, stakeholder outreach, media and influencer attendance).
