The selected vendor will provide consulting services to support the development of a Facilities Strategic Capital Improvement Plan. Responsibilities include project management, capital and strategic planning, and communication engagement to facilitate the planning process.

The consultant will create alternative project sequencing scenarios that take into account operational requirements, financial limitations, and potential funding sources. Additionally, the vendor will evaluate capital funding strategies, such as leveraging local funds, debt exclusions, and external funding sources, where appropriate.

Work will include assisting Town and School leadership in identifying feasible implementation strategies that align capital needs with long-term financial sustainability. The consultant will also develop tools for gathering public feedback, including surveys and discussion exercises, and will document and summarize input to be integrated into the Strategic Capital Improvement Plan.
