This opportunity seeks a vendor to provide strategic business planning and functional programming services in support of an indigenous–led cultural, academic, and community space. The project is being developed in co–stewardship with the children of an alumni association, requiring tight alignment between both groups.

The scope includes creating a comprehensive Strategic Business Plan focused on ensuring the long-term operational sustainability of the facility. The selected firm will also prepare a detailed Functional Program that matches the facility’s intended uses. This work involves developing financial and operational models, such as multi–year operating projections and revenue scenarios, to ensure viability.

Additionally, the vendor will document governance structures and decision pathways in accordance with the co–stewardship framework. The engagement further requires conducting market analysis and operational planning for future conference and event programming within the facility.
