Vendor needs to provide strategic asset management program development service, including development of a strategic asset management plan, asset management maturity assessment, and guidance in selecting a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for water, sewer, stormwater, and roadway infrastructure. Responsibilities also include development of a Draft Asset Management Policy, facilitating Asset Management Policy Approval, recommending asset management ownership within the internal division and organization, and reviewing internal Asset Management Policy Development. The vendor will review existing data sets and develop recommendations for improving data set accuracy, plan, coordinate, and host an in-person Strategic Asset Management maturity survey workshop, and an in-person asset management maturity review and target setting workshop with key city stakeholders. All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2026.
