A vendor is sought to provide strategic advisory services to support wood product market development, organizational effectiveness, and environmental positioning in British Columbia. The scope of work includes promoting the advantages of wood as a sustainable building material, as well as creating fact-based materials that highlight wood's environmental benefits and its role in climate change mitigation.

The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and implementing market development strategies and conducting market research for both existing and emerging forest product markets. Additional duties include exploring new market opportunities, supporting early-stage market exploration, and addressing market access challenges related to environmental and human rights concerns. The vendor will also be expected to provide organizational support, such as human resources, IT, and office services, as well as financial oversight, including review and audit functions, to ensure high standards of accountability. Expertise in preparing and advising on funding program proposals is also required.
