(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic advertising and creative service.– Strategic advertising and agency of record to serve as a long–term strategic, creative, and executional partner for its communications and marketing division.– Integrated marketing services across the full campaign lifecycle, including research, strategic planning, creative development, media planning and buying, campaign execution, and performance measurement.– Marketing services are brand, support passenger growth, and strengthen position as an industry–leading, culturally connected, and community–centered airport.– They will apply data–driven insights into passenger behavior, market trends, and audience dynamics to inform annual strategies and ongoing campaign optimization.– End–to–end media strategy, negotiation, and placement across digital, broadcast, out–of–home, paid social, print, linear and connected TV and emerging channels.– Provide ongoing campaign management and optimization services throughout the campaign lifecycle, including performance monitoring, reporting, and iterative adjustments.– Video production and photoshoots, delivery of final, edited video and photography assets suitable for use across digital, print, broadcast, and all channels.– Digital and print creative, campaign toolkits, air carrier incentive program campaign cooperation, merchandise design, brand–aligned templates, outdoor exhibit concepts, partnership deliverables, construction dust–wall graphics and social media creative packages, among other needs.– High–quality, brand–aligned and visually striking creative for construction project public–facing material, barricades, concourse installations, passenger–flow areas, and brand storytelling placements throughout the terminals.– Core anticipated functions include strategic advertising research, planning, and execution.– Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on February 4, 2026.
