The City of Pasadena, CA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive stormwater engineering and regulatory compliance support services. The scope of work includes concept development, feasibility studies, and preliminary engineering and design to support stormwater management initiatives. Services also encompass geotechnical analysis, environmental permitting, utility coordination, and detailed hydraulic and hydrologic modeling and analysis.

The selected vendor will assist with permit compliance strategies, environmental studies, master planning, and Best Management Practices (BMP) performance evaluation. Additional responsibilities include operations and maintenance support, construction management, post-construction compliance, and inspection augmentation.
