(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater engineering and regulatory compliance support services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA.– Concept development and feasibility studies.– preliminary engineering and design services.– geotechnical, environmental permitting, and utility coordination.– hydraulic and hydrologic Modeling and analysis.– permit compliance strategy development, environmental studies and master planning.– bmp performance evaluation, operations and maintenance support.– construction management, post–construction compliance and inspection augmentation.– public outreach, training, and community engagement.– grant application and funding support.– water quality monitoring and regulatory support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
