(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater and ms4 engineering services to the government authority located in Warrenton, VA. – Provide services for an assorted range of projects that require On–Call, As–Required Professional Engineering Services for Group I, Wetlands/Stormwater Engineering Services and, Group II, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Engineering Services. • Wetlands/Stormwater Engineering Services: – Evaluate potential wetlands and other waters of the US (WOTUS) from available data and aerial photo interpretation to determine general extent and approximate location of WOTUS on properties under consideration. – Consultant should have geographic information systems (GIS) capabilities and local data and the ability to delineate, survey locate, and obtain US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) confirmation/jurisdictional determination of WOTUS boundaries. – Evaluate potential for endangered or threatened species (ETS) or habitat on a property. • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Engineering Services: – Aid with the required six (6) minimum control measures (MCMs) and the associated Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Plan which addresses the pollutant reduction. – Assistance may include inspections, screenings, water quality testing, leading educational outreach, and production of educational materials. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
