A vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive range of starlight event products and services. The scope of this solicitation includes, but is not limited to, floral items, event lighting, event props, DJ services, audio equipment, rental equipment, pastry food items, food catering, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (including beer and wine), linens, and small wares.
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering all items as requested unless prior approval for alternative arrangements is granted.
