A government authority in Arapahoe, Colorado is seeking qualified vendors to provide services under its Standing Order Contractor (SOC) Program. The program encompasses a variety of trades, including asbestos/lead/mold abatement, asphalt paving, audio/visual integration, concrete flatwork, DDC controls, electrical, elevators, emergency mitigation and restoration, fire alarm and suppression, general contracting (with both limited and primarily self-performing scopes), HVAC, landscaping and irrigation, masonry, and mechanical insulation.
