A Canadian agency is seeking stakeholder engagement marketing services to support the development of its brand identity, campaign strategies, and overall engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. The contractor will be responsible for defining the agency's identity and market positioning, executing national campaigns, deploying comprehensive content plans, and developing a digital acquisition and retention strategy. This effort will also include the advancement of a Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution, enhancing the agency's presence on social media platforms, and producing a range of printed and digital communications materials.
Key responsibilities include performing market and competitor analysis, creating brand identity elements (visual and verbal), and establishing comprehensive brand guidelines that comply with Government of Canada standards. The contractor will need to articulate a compelling value proposition and design integrated campaign strategies, targeting clear objectives, audiences, messaging frameworks, and measurable outcomes. This project involves identifying appropriate channels for campaign deployment—such as digital platforms, in-person events, and traditional media—and includes the development of templates, toolkits, brochures, email materials, dashboards, and engagement resources for operational use. Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of campaign effectiveness are also central to the scope of work. The contract period is one year.
