A Pennsylvania agency is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to provide comprehensive stage and production management services for its summer concert series and all externally promoted events. The consultant will oversee all technical and logistical aspects of show production, including sound, lighting, staging, backline, and artist requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising union labor and technical crews, managing staffing levels for optimal operational efficiency, and serving as the primary liaison between the agency and union representatives. The consultant will be expected to work collaboratively and professionally with artists, management teams, promoters, clients, patrons, and agency staff. Additional duties involve ensuring that all artist hospitality, technical riders, and contractual production requirements are met within budget, as well as managing event logistics such as load-in, sound checks, rehearsals, performance execution, and load-out. The role also includes developing and maintaining production schedules, stage plots, and event timelines. The contract for these services will be awarded for a one-year period.
