Must have a direct service employee or certified contractor capable of providing maintenance response within two hours of a call for service.
Must be licensed, permitted, and/or certified to do business in the State of Florida.
Must provide a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the total base bid.
Must have a local service employee or local authorized service agent located within 75 miles of the City's facility.
Must provide a project schedule in Gantt chart format.
Must provide stamped electrical drawings by a licensed electrical engineer in the State of Florida.

DESCRIPTION
