The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information regarding potential sources for SRD31 Content Development and Software Support. SRD 31 – Phase Equilibria Diagrams (PED) is a critically evaluated database of phase-equilibrium information derived from primary scientific literature. Services required include systematic bimonthly searches of newly published scientific literature, evaluation by subject-matter experts in thermodynamics and phase-equilibrium science, and ongoing content and software support for the database.
