Vendor needs to provide sports video recording and analysis platform. • Provide software platform with the following capabilities: – Video recording and analysis to capture, edit, and analyse practice and game footage for its athletic programs. – Performance Breakdown: Features that allow coaches and players to tag key moments, create playlists, and provide detailed performance feedback. – Team Communication: Tools to facilitate communication between coaches, athletes, and parents, including messaging and announcements. – Analytic Tools: Advanced data analysis for player and team performance, such as stats breakdown, heat maps, and custom reporting. – Mobile app integration: Access to all tools through mobile apps for both iOS and Android. – User management: Ability to manage multiple teams, roles and permissions for athletes, coaches and administrators. – Mobile and Platform Requirements: Compatibility with desktop (Windows, macOS) and mobile (iOS, Android) devices, cloud–based platforms for remote access and collaboration. – Support and Maintenance: Regular software updates and patches. Ongoing customer support and dedicated technical assistance. Training for coaches, athletes and administrators to effectively use the platform. – Better Team Collaboration: Improve communication and coordination within teams, ensuring athletes and coaches are aligned on strategies and goals. – Streamlined recruitment process: Facilitate athlete recruitment with built in recruiting tools and highlight creation. – System Architecture: The software must be cloud–based and scalable to accommodate multiple teams and users across different sports. It must integrate with our current network and system infrastructure. – Integrated with other Systems: Integration with existing platforms for academic management, scheduling, and any additional analytic tools we use.
