The Parks Department in Missouri is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive sports photography services for a range of youth and recreational events. The selected photographer will be responsible for supplying all necessary equipment—such as green screens, event day order forms, and sufficient staff to manage teams and individuals during each session.

Photography packages, including specialty items, must be fulfilled and delivered to the Parks Department or shipped directly to customers within three weeks after each session. Delivery or mailing methods will be arranged between the photographer and each client at the time of purchase. Payment for services will occur directly between the photographer and the purchaser.

The vendor is also responsible for handling all order shipments and promptly addressing any customer service or product concerns. Covered events include team and individual photography for soccer, T-ball (ages 3–4), youth baseball, softball, basketball, and girls volleyball. The contract term is for one year, and all questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by February 12, 2026.
