(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsorship and naming rights services.– Develop comprehensive strategies to maximize sponsorship and naming rights opportunities.– Perform a comprehensive asset inventory review and valuation analysis of the college’s buildings and grounds (athletic fields) on the campus to determine revenue potential for naming rights and sponsorship opportunities.– Recommend a proven strategy to maximize revenues, that includes determining a fair market value for naming rights and sponsorship opportunities, a project asset prioritization list, innovative asset packaging for potential partners, and a revenue projection report.– Analyze existing sponsorship inventory data to determine untapped resources that may present an opportunity for revenue.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
