The City is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive sponsorship acquisition services for city-produced events, projects, activities, and programs. The selected vendor will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorship opportunities that align with the City’s policies, branding, and sponsorship guidelines.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a sponsorship acquisition strategy targeting businesses, community partners, and organizations that share the City’s values. The vendor will solicit and secure both anchor and title sponsors for new events, and will review and refine existing sponsorship packages or develop new ones as appropriate. Preparation of professional marketing and solicitation materials for sponsorship outreach, with City approval, is also required.

Additional duties involve coordination with the relevant City department to confirm the feasibility and approval of sponsorship obligations prior to finalizing commitments. The vendor will provide guidance on sponsor visibility elements such as signage, logo placement, and activations. Following each event, the vendor will assist with post-event reporting to confirm that deliverables were fulfilled and that sponsors are satisfied, thereby enhancing city programming and expanding resources for future events.
