(1) Vendor needs to provide specific plan and programmatic environmental impact report community engagement services.– Provide a calendar of engagement events– Meet with County staff to receive resources to be used during community engagements– Perform community engagement throughout designated geographies within the county with an emphasis on engaging county residents, hard–to–reach, and underserved communities of the county, as well as local associations and imperial county businesses.– Share information with the community on how to provide public comment– Provide a weekly report to the County, using a form provided by the County, that summarizes community engagements (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025.
