The government authority in Elgin, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide a range of special programs services focused on supporting students with disabilities. The scope includes conducting assessments by receiving student referrals, administering both formal and informal evaluations, and implementing the appraisal process to determine eligibility for special education services.
The selected partner will collaborate with school personnel by offering staff development training for the identification and support of students with disabilities and will assist teachers in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Educational diagnosticians who are either monolingual or bilingual are required. This contract will be awarded for a three-year period. All questions related to the RFP must be submitted no later than March 24, 2026.
