A vendor is sought to provide and set up tent equipment and supplies for multiple special events in Colorado. The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing various tent structures and accompanying equipment according to specified event dates and requirements.

The scope of work includes supplying an 80’x160’ free span entertainment tent with a lighting package, to be set up after July 14th and fully prepared for use by July 29th. Additionally, the vendor will provide a 40’x40’ frame tent with lighting and astroturf for the grandstand backstage area, which will also require round and banquet tables. A 100’x140’ tent with light package and side walls will be set up at the new barn location, with delivery and installation by July 23rd and removal on August 3rd.

The contract will be awarded for a one-year period. Interested vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the project by January 23, 2026.
