(1) Vendor needs to provide special events drone and laser show services. – Provide ongoing drone and laser show services for the purpose of designing up to four custom annual shows in support. – Responsible for the design, production, and execution of up to four custom drone and laser light shows per year in support. – These shows will enhance community celebrations with innovative, visually engaging experiences tailored to each event. – These shows are intended to enhance the attendee experience at large-scale community events and reflect the commitment to innovation, creativity, and community engagement. – Provide a custom drone show for the annual celebration, with an audience of 40,000+ attendees. – Deploy a minimum of 150 drones per show to ensure visual impact and scale appropriate for large public gatherings. – Coordinate with the special events team to align show content with event themes, schedules, and production logistics. – Integration of custom animations, logos, or messages relevant to each event. – Use of synchronized music, narration, or lighting effects to enhance the show experience. (2) Pre–bid conference will be held on February 4, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
