Vendor needs to provide special events downtown services.– Program 5 Special Events per contract term, no more than once a month and no less than quarterly– Apply for Special Event Permits in accordance with applicable special event policies and ordinances– Participate in quarterly Youngsville Downtown Merchants Meetings– Establish, collect, manage, and utilize vendor fees– Develop marketing materials (digital flyers and event maps)– Manage event logistics and day–of operations– Submit an After–Action Review within 45 days of each event, including budget reconciliation, expenses with receipts, stakeholder feedback, etc.– Upon approval by the Board of Commissioners, the winning bidder will enter into a contractual agreement with the Town. The contract in no way entitles an individual to employment status with the town, nor entitles them to town benefits.
