(1) Vendor needs to provide special event planning and management services. • Marketing and Brand Development: Development of event branding and promotional materials, including digital graphics for social media, website headers, email banners, online advertisements, and other digital or print materials as approved by the City. • Sponsorships and Media Relations: Cultivation and management of media partnerships and sponsorships, as appropriate • Event Collateral and Materials: Coordination, procurement, and distribution of event collateral materials, including but not limited to programs, wristbands, signage, giveaways, and other materials necessary for event operations. • Signage and Event Infrastructure: Design, production, installation, and removal of event signage, including booth signage, restroom signage, event identification signage, directional signage, sponsor recognition, and all other signage necessary for effective event operations • Fireworks or Drone Show Coordination: Planning, coordination, and management of the evening fireworks or drone show (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Feb 10, 2026.
