Deliverables consist of a comprehensive written audit report outlining findings, compliance status, and areas in need of corrective action. An executive summary with prioritized recommendations, as well as sample templates, procedural documents, and corrective action plan templates featuring measurable goals and benchmarks for progress monitoring, are expected.
