The U.S. Department of Navy, Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Contracting Division intends to enter into a sole source cost–plus–fixed–fee contract with Information Delivery Systems, LLC (IDS) for information technology support services within the Space Science Division (SSD). The scope includes management, evaluation, procurement, system integration, programming, maintenance, training, and testing for all resources supported by the SSD information systems administration activity, which is organized within the SSD Administrative Office and its branches.

This notice is posted to fulfill regulatory requirements, and it is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, firms that believe they can meet these requirements are encouraged to submit written notification and supporting evidence demonstrating comparable capabilities within 15 days of publication. Any valid capability statement, proposal, or quotation received will be considered, though the government's decision regarding competition rests solely at its discretion.
