The government authority in Marana, Arizona is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive space optimization services. This project includes architectural services focused on designing a remodel for Building A and Building B within the complex to maximize the use of space throughout the facility.

The scope of work encompasses reviewing and redesigning cubicle layouts, making potential office modifications, and updating conference rooms, lobby areas, kitchenettes, the gym, and other shared spaces. Existing cubicles will be utilized where possible, and any new cubicle purchases should match the current installations as closely as possible.

In addition to workspace reconfiguration, the project also calls for new furniture in newly constructed offices and updates or replacements for furniture throughout the facility. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications may also be required to support the optimized facility design.
