The province of Ontario is seeking a comprehensive space management software solution designed to support advanced floorplan, asset, and occupancy management requirements. The desired system should offer authorized users a unified platform to view and manage all activities involving space and location information, accessible in a format and location tailored to specific use cases.
Key features include customized floorplan views in both CAD and PDF formats, with options for color coding and staff information display. The solution must support toggling of layers or filters within floorplans, visibility of the location and footprint of equipment and furniture, and the ability to edit room attributes. Additional capabilities should include dynamic mapping for wayfinding, generation of workplace occupancy reports, creation of an integrated occupancy database, and forecasting of space availability based on staff employment end dates.
The software should integrate with patient scheduling systems such as CWS in Meditech and Mosaiq, support audit logging for user activities—especially those with elevated access—and provide or integrate an asset database. Compatibility with both Mac OS and Windows, as well as support for the Chrome browser, is required. The user interface should be customizable to meet diverse organizational needs.
