The 5th Contracting Squadron is seeking information from experienced and qualified businesses regarding a potential Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. This opportunity covers a range of services, including maintenance, repair, minor construction, and design-build projects for real property at Minot AFB and its extensive 8,500 square mile missile field.

The envisioned MACC will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract under which contractors will compete for various task orders in general construction. Required services may include, but are not limited to, building maintenance and repair, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, HVAC, demolition, painting, site and earthwork, paving, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, fire protection, millwork, and other specialty construction disciplines.
