(1) Vendor needs to provide sound system renovation service to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – To provide construction services for renovation of the sound system. – The existing sound system is beyond its useful life and requires a renovation to meet the changing conditions for a collegiate stadium's sound experience and public safety addressing. – Provide final testing of the system for permit signoff – Develop construction logistics plans that will be reviewed with the on-site building manager and Capital Project Management to manage the safety of tenants and pedestrians and vehicles, mitigate construction impacts, and minimize shutdowns to the occupied building and events. – Develop site access procedures, hours of operation, staging considerations, etc. – Projects at the University are required to pay Prevailing Wages. Identify all consultants and contractors along with their associated roles (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
