Vendor needs to provide sound system, event screen rental and associated event production management services. – Provide production management personnel, audio systems, outdoor event screens and associated staff to operate systems. – One large exterior video screen with sound capabilities to be placed. – 2 podium/lectern microphones for narration and remarks from a stage. – All microphone audio to be shared with designated media areas via mult–boxes. – Production services and camera system for producing video event and streaming reenactment and events to exterior video screens and on–line. – Speaker coverage to provide sound surrounding the event audience.
