Vendor needs to provide sound and stage production services include all associated costs such as audio technicians, sound and stage equipment including setup and tear down. The City expects that the successful proposer will provide excellent service by arriving and setting up in a timely manner; respecting the performers, staff, location and attendees; and providing exceptional quality of sound and stage production for each event. Equipment and services required: a. Monitors and mixers with power amps for entire band (stage plot sent prior to each concert) b. Sound board with all effects c. Front of house speaker system with sub woofers and power amps d. Microphones and stands for entire band (stage plot sent prior to each concert) e. 1 Audio Technician f. 1 Stagehand g. All other labor and transportation needs h. 20’x24’ covered portable stage (or larger) with steps and skirting. Should include setup and tear down in both grass and pavement settings. No cover needed for Labor Day Arts Festival as the stage needs to be setup under a track tent. i. Generator to power all equipment.
