(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste tracking and management software solution. The Solution shall be a commercially available, off–the–shelf Software as a Service (SaaS) or Vendor–hosted fully customizable portal implemented in a phased rollout schedule, with milestones for implementation, testing, and final acceptance. The Solution shall be browser–agnostic and be based on a responsive web design to ensure usability and satisfactory user experience when accessing the Solution from a multitude of devices; desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones and screen sizes. The Solution shall allow the City to migrate to a fully electronic, cloud–based, and paperless tracking and database management platform for compliance and outreach, designed specifically for administering municipal solid waste and recycling services, providing unique customization and collaborative record–keeping capabilities. The Solution shall have the ability to integrate with the City’s CIS software and should be able to integrate with the City’s Enterprise GIS. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2025.
