The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to only one responsible source in accordance with FAR 13.106–1(b)(1)(i) and 13.501(a)(1)(ii). “Only one responsible source“ is based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the product and / or service and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Governments requirement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: SQBox Solutions Ltd. 1000 14th St. W, Suite 202 North Vancouver, B.C. Canada V7P3P3. This is a renewal of licenses for annual maintenance services and coverage of a single server (currently licensed under Contract# W911SD–23–P–0002). Services are for managing the West Point Health Service Area (WPHSA) internal homepage platform. This requirement will cover a 12–month (1 year) period for the next 3 years. MFR: SQBox Solutions Ltd. P/N#: None ITEM: Maintenance License (Annual Intranet Maintenance & Support / Single Server) QTY: 1 Year 01 December 2025 – 30 November 2026 QTY: 1 Year – Option Year 1 01 December 2026 – 30 November 2027 QTY: 1 Year – Option Year 2 01 December 2027 – 30 November 2028. This is considered a sole source to SQBox Solutions because – based on market research and to the best of MICC West Points knowledge – their on line maintenance licenses are proprietary. SQBox Solutions owns the trademark on the server that West Point uses for their intranet platform. SQBox Solutions does not allow nor train third–parties to access or service their trademarked equipment. Furthermore, allowing non–authorized third parties to access or service the intranet would void the warranty that covers it and the equipment (server).
