The Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC), based at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD, intends to procure the SolarWinds Kiwi Syslog Server Subscription for the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest Industrial Manufacturing System (IMS) Lab. This procurement covers the required software subscription, including access to releases, revisions, and patches throughout the licensing period.

Carahsoft Technology Corp. has been designated as the sole-source vendor for this requirement under a Blanket Purchase Agreement issued by the Department of War. Carahsoft is authorized to supply, upgrade, and maintain SolarWinds software for the agency, allowing for continuity and compliance with existing licensing agreements. This procurement will ensure that Fleet Readiness Center Southwest maintains up-to-date and supported logging and network management capabilities within its IMS Lab.
