The scope of work includes the delivery of a robust software training platform, as well as ongoing operations and maintenance, instructor training, content management, and the provision of reporting functionalities. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all system components are consistently available and prepared to support scheduled training requirements.

In addition to technical support, the contractor will deliver analysis, subject matter expertise, operational and technical support, and resource management. Site Lead support is also required, with all personnel expected to have substantial qualifications related to small arms and crew-served weapons.
