(1) Vendor needs to provide software services– The Agency is currently accepting proposals from service providers qualified to provide Software Services – Contracted services to be considered in this solicitation may consist of Software Services to support the following divisions– Adult Education: Offers classes to educationally disadvantaged adults beyond compulsory school age in the Houston/Harris County metropolitan area– Information Technology (IT) Services: Our team consists of network analysts, systems engineers, storage specialists, application developers, systems analysts, and Service Desk technicians who provide technology planning, implementation, and support.– Marketing & Client Engagement: Serves as the “go to” source for branding and marketing.• Profile Forms, Outputs & Signatures, Services, Events, Documents, Assessments, Courses & Training• Curriculum• Class attendance, Case Notes, Workflow• Base Operational and ad–hoc reporting• Electronic contract processing system that allows contract routing, electronic signature, store the contract in a searchable database and track contract terms.• Digital forms software enables the collection, customization, and retention of customer information more efficiently by replacing traditionally paper–based, manual processes and turning them into automated, response–based experiences.• Remote Learning Platform• Online Survey Platform• School Application for Child Nutrition and Staff• Crisis Prevention Monitoring• Special Education• General k–12 Education Support• General Procurement Support Software• Tuition Management(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 8, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 11, 2025
