(1) Vendor needs to provide software screen time and cost analytics system.– Agency would like to know the usage levels and cost per pupil of the District’s nearly 50 student and staff software programs– Agency would like to know not just the number of minutes of usage, but the actual depth that students engage with the program – For example, if they spent 20 minutes using a program, did they go beyond the warm–up and get to the adaptive or individual parts of the program.– In addition, agency will share software cost information with the winning bidder in order to determine a cost per pupil• Specific Criteria– Software must be able to give student usage–based data in some sort of easy–to–use dashboard– Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze screen time and cost (AI product (Chat GPT, Gemini, CoPilot, etc.) must be clearly identified. If proprietary, it must be noted in the Bid– Software should be able distinguish between academic and non–instructional usage by students– After agency software cost information is loaded, generate cost analysis per student. Bonus if it can generate cost benefit by amount or depth of usage(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026
