(1) Vendor needs to provide software reseller services for Microsoft.– Provide primarily Microsoft licensing services and additional licenses and services such as Adobe which 2RN currently have in use.– Provision of Microsoft products, Microsoft LSP, CSP and MPSA Services, Office365, Microsoft Sentinel, Security E5 and Azure and off the shelf licensing.– The services comprise of:• renewal of existing Microsoft Estate licences;• Additional licences for existing Microsoft software products i.e. where the Contracting authority is expanding all or part of its existing estates.• Renewal of existing Adobe products.• Sourcing of additional and other license requirements.• Expert licensing advice and consultancy.– Microsoft licensing agreement types: • Server Cloud Enrolment (SCE).• Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) Agreement.• Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA).(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.
