An Alabama agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive software licensing and related services for Pen Link (PLX) products. Required offerings include PLX software licenses for the Professional Edition (phone), as well as the Search Warrant Edition (IP), which may be combined with the Professional or Intercept Edition (telephone). All licenses are subscription-based.
The vendor will also supply Pen Link Academy PLX training subscriptions, including access to an in-person training seat at no additional cost. Additionally, services should include cell phone forensics support linked to the Professional Edition license, and access to PLX Connect (search or participate) at the Tier 1 subscription level.
