The State of Texas is seeking vendors to provide software maintenance and support services for PatchMYPC, including updates and data hosting for 50,000 annual subscriptions. The services will involve supplying one-year PatchMYPC subscriptions and the automatic publishing of the software catalog to Configuration Manager (using part number NPNPATCHENT) via either the on-premise publisher or the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Vendors will also be required to provide access to the patch insights reporting solution for Configuration Manager to ensure effective monitoring and management of patch deployments. The contract will have a one-year duration. Interested vendors must ensure all inquiries are submitted by November 21, 2025.
