The state of Texas is inviting vendors to provide software licenses, online subscriptions, and software support services for a three-year contract term.

Vendors may propose a broad array of solutions, including system software for hosting, operations, management, development, and utility functions, as well as both general-purpose and specialized application software. Eligible products include, but are not limited to, word processors, spreadsheet applications, publishing tools, and software designed for animation, educational, scientific, or medical applications.
