(1) Vendor needs to provide software licenses, online subscriptions, and software support.– Typical respondents might include: system software that is used for system hosting or operations, system management, system development, or system utilities; application software that are of general purpose (i.e. word processor, spreadsheet, publishing, etc.) or special purpose (i.e. animation, educational, scientific, medical, etc.) use.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2028. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
