Vendor needs to provide software development and content digitalization solutions. – Provide software development and content digitization solutions for HappyRead (Vui doc cung em) App in 2026. – Develop, digitalize, and integrate the corresponding features into the App. These features aim to enhance the user experience, including learning outcomes and user interaction with the application. – Building upon the app and web application developed in Phase 1, the “Vui doc cung em“ app and web application will be further developed to enhance Vietnamese reading comprehension skills for elementary school students across all five grade levels, becoming a unified and synchronized app and web application. – The application integrates a spoken Bahnar language version for 200 reading lessons for grades 1–2 (100 reading lessons/grade), designed to be flexible, easy to understand, and user–friendly for elementary school students. – The app includes a sign language version for 500 reading passages from grades 1 to 5, designed to be flexible, easy to understand, and user–friendly for students with hearing/speech disabilities. – The application is deployed on the Cloud (Infrastructure Provider). – The application can run on the following platforms: Android app; iOS app; and website. – The application allows user authentication: Identifying user accounts (students) through their parents' phone numbers. – The application has features for managing user access and permissions. – The application provides group–based permission management functionality: Admin, teacher, student. – An application must be fault–tolerant, including at a minimum: the failure or malfunction of one module or service should not affect other services or modules. – The application is capable of protecting user data and preventing attacks by establishing appropriate security measures.
