Vendor needs to provide social media monitoring system. – The platform should be able to: • Provide real data insights on social media engagements and interactions across most used platforms (i.e. Facebook, X (formerly twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, & Snapchat) and news outlets. • Assess public sentiment and perception to understand social media users’ perceptions of topics: both the underlying sentiment and in reaction to events. • Provide brand monitoring: Engagement and insights analysis. • Offer AI integration: Chatbot, classification, word cloud analysis. • Identify key influencers of sentiment (Top publishers). • Provide historic data for topics and selected keywords. • Analyze engagement and reach. • Provide access to real–time information. • Provide a dashboard for the platform which displays analytics and search results from any Searches. • Provide access to retroactive datasets which is directly related to the topics of interest on different social platforms whenever possible. • Provide AI–generated summaries for main spikes and general engagements.
