Role–based access with customizable permissions for staff.– Management of multiple accounts and profiles within a centralized dashboard with an emphasis on collaboration between multiple departments.– Calendar–based scheduling.– Ability to schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms simultaneously.– Workflow tools for draft, review, approval, and publishing.– Functionality to optimize publishing based on platform algorithms and audience activity.– Ability to tag and categorize posts for analytics and campaign tracking.– Campaign–level content planning across multiple channels in one view.– Real–time monitoring of mentions, hashtags, keywords, and direct messages.– Centralized inbox for managing comments and messages across platforms with customizable filers and tags for streamlined triage.– Social listening tools with sentiment analysis and keyword tracking.– Conversation history and internal notes for seamless team collaboration.– Automated alerts for spikes in mention or sentiment shifts.– Customizable, exportable reports (Excel, PDF, PowerPoint).– Metrics including engagement, impressions, reach, clicks, follower growth, organic campaign performance, and sentiment.– Comparative analytics across platforms and timeframes.– Benchmarking and KPI measurement capabilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
