DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive social media management services aimed at developing and implementing campaigns to encourage potential recruits, with an emphasis on increasing participation from minority and women candidates. The primary objective is to drive completions of the Candidate Interest Card (CIC) through the agency’s website.

Services include designing, administering, and validating recruitment campaigns that drive higher impressions, engagement, website traffic, and CIC completions. The scope also covers the creation and management of social media and email recruiting campaigns, the selection of tools most effective for increasing minority and women candidate responses, and regular performance reporting throughout the contract period.
