DESCRIPTION


A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive social media management services, specifically for the management of Instagram and Facebook channels. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining regular organic and boosted posts, ensuring that the messaging and target audience align with current provincial health orders, travel restrictions, and specific destination requirements at the time of posting.

The scope includes maximizing the use of existing photo and video assets for boosted social ad campaigns to enhance audience reach, sharing relevant seasonal content, and deploying social media campaigns as provided. Each campaign is expected to feature various ad formats including photo ads, reels, stories, carousels, and video ads. The vendor should also source and share user-generated content (with proper author permissions), and actively engage with followers through responses, likes, shares, and providing timely information and resources.

The contractor is additionally tasked with selecting and utilizing images that represent diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in people and landscapes, to accurately reflect the area's values and attractions.
