(1) Vendor needs to provide social media management platform.– Provide an all–in–one social media tool to manage various social media profiles– Solution should allow profile management from a single dashboard.– Ability to manage at least 10–12 social profiles– Dashboard style format that can connect all Agency social media accounts onto one platform for ease of management– Ability to post from a single dashboard to Agency social media accounts– Ability to manage platform inboxes– Analytics– Ads (2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on December 22, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025. (4) The contract period will be for three years.
