A key requirement is comprehensive archival of all social media interactions, paired with a searchable database of records produced. The selected solution should allow for organizational management across multiple users and departments, supporting oversight and compliance needs. An important aspect is the ability to accurately reproduce social media content and replay it in the same manner as it originally appeared on the respective social networks.
