Vendor needs to provide emotional learning multi–tiered system of supports and student intervention digital platform to the government authority located in Maryland. A comprehensive Pre–K–12 social–emotional learning (SEL) and student intervention digital platform. Platform will be used primarily by the Department of Student Services and may also be utilized by other departments within Public Schools system. Provide and support a Pre–K–12 platform that delivers age–appropriate social–emotional learning (SEL) lessons and activities for students, implements tiered interventions to address academic, behavioral, and social–emotional needs, and offers evidence–based drug prevention and intervention modules in multiple languages (English and Spanish minimally). Platform will include professional development and training to equip educators and staff with the skills and resources necessary for effective implementation. Platform must provide robust tools for tracking, monitoring, and reporting student engagement, outcomes, and program effectiveness. Ensure seamless technical implementation, integration with existing district systems, and accessibility across all schools, while providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the platform remains fully operational, sustainable, and scalable throughout the contract term. The platform should provide dashboards that allow real–time progress monitoring of the implementation of the lessons at the classroom, school and district level.
